ich hab nur ein problem. wenn nochnichts gesetzt wurde.
1. Fall: es wurde noch garnichts gesetzt
=> ich setzt Quote 0/0. korrekt?

2. Fall: es wurde auf einen kandidaten noch nichts gesetzt
=> ich muss irgendwo durch 0 dividieren. was mach ich da?
ich hab in diesem fall die quote auf 0/2 bzw. 2/0 gesetzt
