BENEFITS AND
COMPENSATION

1. Monthly Salary:
NT$70,895(PhD), NT$67,925(MA), NT$60,890(BA)

2. Evaluation and
Performance bonus : one month of salary as bonus.

3. Working hours and Full
Attendance included.

4. Rent Allowance : NT$
5000/month for a single teacher

5. Rent Allowance : NT$
1000/month for a teacher with dependent(s)

6. Airfare reimbursement

7. Nation laborer
insurance and health insurance provided

8. Work permit &
alien resident certificate (ARC): school will assist apply

9. Paid winter vacation:
one-week more or less Chinese new year paid holiday that falls either
in

January or February
by Taiwanese law.(Weekend included)

10. Other Paid national

11. End of contract
