The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a five story apartment building with no elevator, has 3 bedrooms , one living room, two baths(both with standup shower), an eat-in kitchen. There are two balconies, one in the front and one small one in the back is for laundry. We will provide you a brand new queen size bed & Ikea bed frame in the master bedroom, a TV in the living room, a washing machine, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a telephone, one dinning table and 3 dinning chairs, each room has AC installed. Everything is fully renovated this week. We are looking for neat & clean tenants who can take care of this cozy apt. as his/her own. The location is great, it's close to National Taiwan Normal University and the Kaohsiung Culture Center, and not too long of ride on the scooter you can get to downtown about 15 minutes. Although the apartment is in the city, it's still very quite all the time. If you are not a cook, there are many food stands and there is a supermarket very close by.
