If you are married to a Taiwanese national you are allowed to work anywhere. You can be a bus driver if the bus company will let you. You are able to start a business but you aren't allowed to own it outright. If you have a child the situation changes and you can buy land, own a business etc. Paper work? Not necessary if you have an ARC through your marriage. The school may want to see a copy of you degree. Discrimination? I'm sure glad there is none of that in the west Ha! Ha! Try to get your wife into your country and see how much running around you get. In comparison in Taiwan you get the red carpet. It's a form of reverse discrimination.
