Hi!

I have just tried this clip to downloaden, but it has only partially worked. I could hear only the voices, but I can´t see the video.

there could be two problems. either something went wrong while downloading and the file got corrupted. just try again to download it.

if it still doesn't work maybe some codec is missing. this player usually plays everything. so maybe you try to download and install it http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

then maybe there is going something wrong while donwloading! Or their is something wrong with your pc! do you have the right pluggins? And which player are you using?!

With Window Media Player I can play everything! With winamp not all, and with realplayer none. Maybe that's the reason!?

Is this the only video you have problems with ?

If so, do you have icq ? I'd send it to you then !

I think it`s not the problem with downloading this file. If the file can be played but there`s only sound, without the picture, it means the codecs she used are not enough to work with this file. Especially that she has the same problem with All I Ever Needed. These are both AVI files, so I`m pretty sure it`s because of codecs. And to solve this problem you need new codecs or video player with codecs inside of it.

If you want video player you can use that one recommended by doris. It really can play everything. And if you want to play all those videos in windows media player, I recommmend to use some newer version of FFDshow - best video codecs I`ve ever used, and it`s free:
