WIZARD’S FAN AWARD WINNERS ANNOUNCED
Marvel nabs 14 awards, DC grabs nine at the 13th annual Wizard Fan Awards honoring the best in pop culture and comics

The votes are in, the results tallied and the fans made their collective voices heard once again.
Announced tonight at Wizard World Chicago, the 13th annual Wizard Fan Awards named the fans’ choices in everything pop culture from favorite ongoing comic book series to favorite video game release as well as the fans picks in television and DVD hits from 2005.
While “Batman Begins” took home both the award for favorite movie and favorite DVD, Marvel Comics and its related properties walked off with 14 awards, including Favorite Publisher. DC Comics properties tallied nine awards, including Geoff Johns earning the much-coveted Favorite Writer Award.
