CHRIS WESTON:The Phantom Reporter was also a tough one to re-design, specially as he was pretty much identical to Mr. E in appearence. I decided to reverse the colours on his costume, in order to distinguish the two of them, should they ever be seen standing next to each other. The Phantom Reporter is the narrator of our series, so I wanted to make him look a like-able, average joe, to retain the readers sympathies. However, I took the liberty of giving him ginger hair just to satisfy my own vanity.
