Today I share a crane order from a steel pipe factory in the Philippines. According to the different production processes, the customer’s workshop needs to customize several different specifications of overhead cranes. Through e-mail conversations with customers, we have mastered the details of the customer’s requirements for cranes, and the engineers quickly designed three types of overhead crane design drawings for the customer based on this information. Design 10 ton double beam overhead cranes, 10 ton single beam overhead cranes, and 5 ton single beam overhead cranes. The customer expressed his satisfaction with the design drawings.

According to workshop situation, the overhead crane is required to lift goods during all working time per day. According to the working conditions, our engineer designed the 10 Tons double girder overhead crane, the span 24 meters, lift height 9 meters,380V,50Hz,3P, which make our Philippine customer very satisfied with the solution.

In addition to a 10 ton single girder crane, the customer also customized two 5 ton single girder overhead cranes, the main parameters is:lifting capacity of 5 tones, span of 21.35 m and 22.9 m, lifting height of 4m and 4.16m respectively.
