Brazil customer

Dear Sir,
we are interested to know the commercial condition for supply one chain electric hoist with capacity of 5 ton, to be installed at external environment, in Brazil, subject to operate with rain or sun weather.
Chain lift should be 28 meters to 30 meters. We prefer two chains
The lifting velocity can be around 2.7 m/min. electric trolley and electric chain.
the monorail will be fabricated in Brazil, so that we need to know the recommendation of
profile which is compatible with your trolley.

Our team designed the electric hoist according the customer’s requirements and send him detailed quotation. The customer did not give us any response in the next half a month, we contacted the customer through other means, and finally the customer found our offer in the spam box and we resent the hoist price to him. He had no objection to the hoist price and configuration, so he placed the order.
