"Quick 'n' Easy" is actually the first tower in group 7. And the title describes it quite well. Just program pusher ^^ and zapper ^>F>^, take the grabber and run east.
First tower in group 8 is called "Fancy Footwork". The principle is more or less "two steps for and one step back", or rather "four steps for and two steps back"...

Hm, I can't remember all the earlier towers, but I'd say this one is not too difficult for it's position within the game. Just place the spiders on the lift, use the forcer, and push the reflector along the enemy zappers. No big deal.
