X-Men Origins - Wolverin...
Boy oh boy... 6 groups of Fawlty's Towers. This is going to take a while.
In the mean time I'll just post some stuff to keep you all occupied.

Thanks to Fawlty's tireless efforts and technical ingeniousness (deep bow) my old towers were saved or, more properly, disinterred.

Going through them I realized two things. One, using a unique password for every single tower is annoying in the extreme if you actually have to work with the bloody things, and, two, most of my old towers were shit.

There were 24 towers in all on the disk Fawlty cranked through his wonder machine; 7 of those are, I think, worth keeping. Some more, some less.
There were a few more towers I can remember which seem to be lost for good, which is irksome; I was very proud of one or two of those. I got no clue where the other disk is.

This disk image contains only one group with 7 towers. I password-protected them with a single password; in case someone would like to examine them in the editor, let me know.
As usual, I also included the details text in the zip file.

Tower Descriptions:

a) Choose the right one

This is one of my old "guess again" towers. I removed some of the annoyances of the original, which was plain infuriating. Apart from that, nothing special here.

b) High Noon

A simple matter of timing when dealing with enemy Zappers.

c) Just think a bit

One more of my trick towers. Just a little bit of thought...

d) Up and down (a.k.a. The Colour Riot)

Basically a bridge tower;go up, get across to the other side, go down, shoot up some stuff.
The puzzle is based on the old prisms and blocks shoving routine, though you may find it is not THAT easy.
I can remember Fawlty and Exiter having had serious problems with that one. The other towers they breezed through.
(shrugging of shoulders)
I played around with the colours a bit, to, er, liven up things.

e) Kill them all (well, some of them)

One of those towers where you have to find the right spot by looking at the disposition of zappers and mines.
Nothing special, really.

f) Just crack the lock (a.k.a. The Safe)

A strong-room full of juicy Klondikes, guarded only by a lock made up of blocks. Unfortunately comrade Pusher could not attend, so poor old Grabber will have display some adaptability.
...
Right, more Sokoban. It's dead simple, but I liked the idea.

g) The not so tricky trap

With just a little bit of thought, this one should be no problem. The old pusher conveyor belt again.

    Zitat:

Ah, too bad. I had already prepared comments for all the 24 towers. What a waste... I'm gonna send you all the comments anyway.

    Zitat:

He originally called this one "Chose the rigth one, Babe!". *rofl*
Nice spelling, Babe! *g* Good idea, anyway. Only the long walk at the end is somewhat annoying. (Judging from Z's comment, that long walk is gone now...)

    Zitat:
    b) High Noon
I just CAN'T believe this actually works!! Can I see an action replay please?!?

    Zitat:
    c) Just think a bit
Sorry, too obvious. Make the flag inaccessible from anywhere but the end of the way, and hide another one in a "tunnel" that can be seen through from west to east after having used a down lift in the westmost walkway.

    Zitat:
    d) Up and down (a.k.a. The Colour Riot)

I can remember Fawlty and Exiter having had serious problems with that one.
Guess what.........................

You drove me pretty close to suicide before I finally got it! And after I found the solution, shame drove me even closer....

    Zitat:
    e) Kill them all (well, some of them)
Interesting approach. I like it. Too bad finishing conditions end with six items.

    Zitat:
    f) Just crack the lock (a.k.a. The Safe)
Good Job!! This is about as close to the lock concept as you can get, I think.

    Zitat:
    g) The not so tricky trap
Not that tricky. You can simply ignore the proximity mine and use the other lift. (At least in the original version. Haven't tried the new one yet.)

Do not fear. Not all hope is lost. I will take a deeper look into my diskboxes next time I'm in Soest. And maybe Exiter has got some old disks, too.

Uh... well, maybe I could post the original towers so everybody can have a laugh at my school English back then...
But honestly, the other towers were mostly boring and sometimes annoying.

(...) Sorry, out of time right now, but thanks for the comments - I'll comment on them later.

After having read said comments I think I'm really going to post all the original towers in their original state. Watch out for more obsolete towers...
After all, I realized you never know what other players will enjoy. Even towers that seem boring or stupid to you may grab another player's attention.

Perhaps only a not too long walk at the beginning, so you are just a bit annoyed when you zap yourself...

WHAT! Don't tell me you got stopped by that lowly zapper?
It's just a matter of timing and priority. The outer zappers on the second level are opposed to the central one; time the lift so you are emerging just a bit before the central zapper faces away from you (i.e. faces east (I think), towards the prism); blast him thirst, then zap the outer two zappers.
Use programming for this.
The first level is easy, so that shouldn't have been a problem, right? (Zap the lone zapper first, then turn towards the other one and zap several times.)

Flag? You don't need any stinking flags! Just zap one of the zappers right at the beginning...
I'll have to make the flag next to impossible to reach, I guess.

Yes, I like it... Don't tell me you fell for it both now and back in the old days?
(To be honest, though, even I did it wrong on the first try and had to do a bit of heavy thinking after that...)

Well, probably. I'd still like to do a lock with one long straight row full of obstacles you have to clear so the zapper/pusher firing down that row can remove the final obstacle.

Not that tricky. You can simply ignore the proximity mine and use the other lift. (At least in the original version. Haven't tried the new one yet.)
Uuh... bloody hell. I'll have to fix that.

No, that wasn't the problem. Neither was the lower level, of course. I was just astonished that it works. That's all.

ARGH!!!! You know, I'm just to careful and anxious for experiments like that. Surrounded by zappers?!? GET THE HELL OUTTA HERE!!!

I did. Just read the original comment I sent you. I looked at those two glass blocks, and I just didn't get it.

HA HA!! Revenge for Tangled....

Der Kaufhaus Cop
Concerning "Just think a bit" - I wrote that one after I realized you can complete a tower even if you kill yourself in the process. Spiders with suicidal tendencies...
