No, it's not! People are rushing in and out every day. They're just to busy to write.
I'd like to hear some news about the RToB development status, though.
But the ToB2 guys haven't shown a sign of life for months. I guess I'll post a message to their forum now...

Windows 7 Home Premium 6...
Right now my keyboard is acting up badly. Even if I want to write something I find myself unable to most of the time.
