For some reason I have this stupid desire to make it as beutiful as we can. Not because it must be, but if you are building a monument (or homage) to a game you loved, you want it to be the best it can be, to do it justice.
    ...
And I sure won't complain about that! I'll order my new notebook this very week (final decision is yet to be made), so give me all you can. I don't give a shit about hardware requirements!!!

I like blues (Chicago blues rather than the realy depressing stuff - Think BB-King and you got the direction), KT tunstall, some [Deep Purple, WHitesnake, Rainbow] stuff, Evanescence, some No doubt, Motown, and maybe even a bit of Christina.

I dislike rap, hiphop and any of those achronyms, I hate free jazz and I also hate grunge.

I play guitar, trompet, a bit piano and love to drum even though I can't hold a beat.

Nice. I like blues, too. Robert Johnson is one of my favourites. I also like(d) to play blues guitar. It's fun, and it's so easy! Wish I could play like Santana on J.L. Hooker's The Healer, but I'm afraid I'm probably one of the worst guitarists of the world. I just hate practising...

I feel mostly at home in metal of various kinds (not that silly traditional power metal stuff with blood and swords and dragons and we-are-all-brothers), but I'm not even afraid of some techno or hiphop or pop or whatever. I like at least a couple of songs of almost every musical style, I think. Favourite bands are Tool, At the Gates, Illdisposed, Only living Witness, Entombed, Smoke Blow, Funny van Dannen, Napalm Death, .....

Christina is not my cup of tea. But did you ever hear of Blümchen???

This was the first time. I went to http://www.bluemchen-online.de/ and had a look. My first impression is not that positive. What do you think?

Methinks this is an example of German humour lost on the English. Then again, this entire discussion is starting to sound like a foreign language to me. What's wrong with some REM or Elton John?

I have nothing against REM, but Elton? I think he's lost it (if he ever had it). But no rant here... I am just airing a harmless oppinion (please watch the flamethrowers!).

Canon EOS 500D SLR-Digit...
Just to let you know... we have finished the base engine. I will be back when we get a quick video done, so you can see what it looks like on the average PC. We then have to package a tech demo so we can see how it plays on the different machines (if at all :O)

Hope we will finish it this year.

have fun
