Ordered a kfc and it never arrived. Said it had been delivered on the app. Spoke to customer service through the app. Said the delivery driver had gone to number 17. We live at 39. Our address details were correct on the order. Driver went to the wrong house. They said he had tried to phone me. But i had no missed calls. Refusing to give me a refund. Not even replying back to me now. I am absolutely disgusted. Once they have your money they are not bothered. Joke of a company. Please avoid they are an absolute disgrace.
