Howlin Rain is a rock band from San Francisco formed in 2004. While he was still with his former band (noise rock band Comets on Fire), lead singer Ethan Miller wanted more melody in his music. He also wanted to express the influence of growing up on the Lost Coast (California). That's why he formed Howlin Rain together with his former high school band-mate Ian Gradek (bass guitar). Mike Jackson (guitar), Eli Eckert (guitar) Garett Goddard (drums) and Joel Robinow (keyboard) complete the band.
