GZFX/ There is alot more than hype on this one.-ie- Circuit City Weekly circular advertisement. Circuit City rollout of GZFX promotion at 55 stores per month over the next ten months(CC reported better than expected numbers which may increase the speed of the rollout). They are selling GZFX subscriptions in packages with the new X-BOX. They are advertising it in the Circuit City website as a "Featured Offer". They are putting stickers for GZFX rentals on every game as well as advertising throughout the store. Even the checkstands have GZFX promotion signs. They have a computor "Kiosk" that you can look up all GZFX movie and game titles witch is positioned near the front doors. They have Information tables set up about GZFX. They are innovative in that they made it policy to have Brand new x-box games available the day of release, as well as all other movies and games. They have a brand new partnership to expand their inventory along with 75% of 16 million set aside for inventory and 20% for advertising. They are launching a new website in the near future. Netflix is the leader but they do not offer games(60% of movie renters rent games also). The only other legitimate competition is Blockbuster and they are declaring bankruptcy and they have no games as well. They are planning on adding books and music to the rent/buy list of services which will make them competition for companies like amazon. They are looking into direct download games via internet. They are launching 4 new distribution centers in the US, strategically placed to minimize delivery time. they currently have around 7500 subscriptions. When netflix and Blockbuster started their promotions they gained 30,000 plus-subscriptions in the first month, and netflix is currently around 3.6 million subs. GZFX even has Billboard Advertisements. The netflix message boards are talking more about GZFX than netflix. And I havnt even touched on the fact that every TA indicator is Bullish. This is not your typical penny pos...IMO

UK expansion moved to late 2006 to focus the circuit City opportunity.

Operational Capacity:

New mailer performed better than expected.
Ship thousand of titles only 3 - 5 have been broken.
Delivery time now averaging 48 hours and 24 in the proximity of distribution.
Along with Ingram entertainment: Signed 2 new distributors: baker & taylor, VPD.
Inventory leveling like Netflix to pull out of stock inventory from the next closest distribution center
Prebooking titles (new releases) at minimum of 6 weeks stock.

Circuit City Relationship:

Store managers have been trained.
Significant store promotion
Products will be in store Nov 1st.
Gameznflix will also be online on CC website.
Gameznflix will be on the CC circular to 50-100 mil households
across the country (profit / membership projected to jump).
No Plans to going to Canada as of now.

Website makeover:

Updating website in the next few weeks.
Separate section for each platform.
Improving search feature with more options.
Cross-promotion in website.
Web infrastructure is in place ready for the spike.

Acquisition outlook:

Looking at all acquisition, other direct download companies, movie companies, game companies.
