This directly impacts what the San Francisco 49ers will do with the very next pick. At the owners meetings, an executive made a good point about the upcoming workouts:The key date here is April 8th. That’s the date Arizona officially begins the voluntary phase of its strength and conditioning program. With a new staff in place, you’d expect your starting QB to be around his teammates and at the team facility. The players won’t be throwing or doing football related activities, but from a leadership and interaction perspective, the quarterback should be there.The Cardinals have already pushed this date back once.
