Er kostet 4,3 Millionen Euro Ablösesumme

tja alles in allem war's doch ein angenehmes Spiel. Klar hätte der Hsv der bis zur 70. minute die klar bessere Mannschaft auf dem Platz war, das Ding auch gewinnen können, aber so haben sich beide Teams auch nicht geschadet! der sc bleibt in der ersten Liga und der Hsv darf im Sommer durch Europa ziehen und sich die Chance auf einen Uefa Cup platz sichern, was allerdings in Anbetracht der Teams aus Italien, Spanien und England nicht einfach werden wird. Ich glaube, dass der Hsv es schaffen wird und nächste Saison wird eh alles sich zum Guten wenden.
1860 muss wohl nächstes Jahr in die 2. Liga :p

HSV vs FREIBURG
Bremen ist deutscher Fussballmeister. Auch wenn die über die ganze Saison hinweg wirklich den besten Fussball gespielt haben, so fällt es mir persönlich doch sehr schwer das in irgendeiner Art und Weise würdigen zu können. Die Nummer 1 im Norden ist und bleibt der Hsv und die Zukunft wird mir Recht geben :cool:
Am Samstag geht's nach Freiburg. Ein schweres Spiel. Heimlich hege ich ja Sympathien für den SC, das gesamte drumherum und natürlich die wunder wunderschöne Stadt. Doch damit ist am Samstag für 90 Minuten Schluss. Ich tu mich schwer einen Tip auf diesen Spiel abzugeben, wünsch mir ein 2-1 für den Hsv, Eigentor durch Antar :p
und Romeo wird endlich wieder treffen. Mal gespannt ob die Hamburger den Bajramovic mitnehmen dürfen in die Hansestadt!

you came up with a couple of arguments that need no reply! you're most of the time right and yes petrograd does have a good reason to play with chumbawamba and it sure is not about money! the fact that we are going to support a 16 euro show has got no effect on our upcoming release show for "trigger happy" in July! we are going to play that show and the entrance won't be another 16 euro :D
i'm really curious to see who is going to be at the show, will there be the "die hard fans" who went mad when Chumbawamba signed to a major, or will there be the mainstream audience who only knows them from their playstation game and that stupid drinking song.

I sent you this note because i truly believe in discussions. At least I believe in communication and I think the more people communicate and discuss subjects, the less they are ignorant. By getting into a discussion you go through a couple of phases in which you first start to blow out naked truth and use words that are similar to cheap commercials for beer or candy. When you finally get over this, let’s call it emotional explosion, and you still feel the need to go on in a discussion then I believe you also start to accept things you couldn’t accept in the past.
The note was a thank you for coming up with the arguments that a hell lot of people are carrying in their secret rucksack, but don’t really dare to come up with.
I live in place called Luxemburg. When people hear of Luxemburg most ones think of money and of course of money makers. Stereotyped thinking. Making up causes. 1 + 1 must equals 2.
This is mainly how we all act when judging people or societies in general. We don’t really see people as victims of a system that can never work, we see them as the aggressors.
I don’t believe in all this good peasant bad banker stuff. I don’t see why the banker should feel more guilt than the peasant ? Both are responsible for a system that is not supposed to work and both are not capable of making the change. As long as peasant, farmers, wokers keep producing, we can go on talking but won’t achieve anything. So why always keeping on blaming the mess on one side ? Maybe I’m sounding like a right wing neo liberal Streetfighter but that is just what I’m trying to avoid! I think that ones we have brought the whole discussion on why anti-Semitism is existing, we might also come up with reflections why we are not able of changing this society in a whole.

My thoughts on the whole Israel subject are that I find it really astonishing that so many people are so much focused on this issue that they don’t forget about their own history, no matter if it is past, present or future. Not many people talk about Germany for example, a country that once again in a 100 year history is becoming the leading force in Europe, and this all through the European union, which will soon be called GERMANIA.
Not many people in this place come up with arguments on our local policies, at least not those who fervently talk about Palestina and Israel !
Everybody right now is talking about the wall in Israel or about their nuclear weapons and human rights and so on and so on. You, for example, come up with Kashmir (which I really don’t have to comment – do I? ) or North Korea or even which is really funny the Iraq and Iran. I mean at least you could have named Sudan or what about Kosovo, or even the Bombing of Belgrad ? Israel has got nuclear weapons – yes. Israel builds up a wall – yes. Israel is not about territorial supremacy and you won’t find in history of the jewish population any conquistadors, inquisitions and so on. (unless you believe in the david vs goliath story!)
Like i already said it, i am not advocating the state of israel all i want is that people start becoming more focused on their local problems, on their lifes and what we can do to finally get rid of capitalism! I mean we have elections here coming up and nobody should go, but cares about that!

dear merovingian, since you returned and still seem fascinated by the subject and got my in a bad moment now i am going to drop words that might not be of too much sympathy, not for you as a person but just for the unserious crap you're posting.
Why the hell are you not posting all these antisemit conspiracy nonsene on indymedia or any other "blood and honor" site ? at least you won't have anybody going mad at you! but since I started the whole conversation and since i inteded to have people like you voice your opinion and finally come up with the words that everybody's almost trying to avoid, i am not backing down.
What i am most concerned about is the fact that right at this moment i have the very bad feeling that a new kind of rascism is about to gain ground. All this very important talk about antisemitism is making a lot of people become more and more sceptical towards anything that is related to Islam. I don't make a difference between jews, muslims, christians or whatever label people need in order to get through this all fucked up system! as long as we are not able to finally get rid of the idea that the human being has to produce in order to live, and as long as we are blinded by the believe that it is LABOR and payment we need to progress, nothing will ever change, only the names, places and faces.
My question about the wall in Israel, never intended to be rhetorical, even though people tried to believe according to my previous postings i might be in favor of such a wall and a palestinian state, but my question was turned into an answer, a statement i never made!
When the berlin wall fell, and people were celebrating on the streets, i was obvious that a wall no matter how important it was in a political sense, can never ever make people progress and become finally more human. SO i do not defend the wall in Israel as an emancipation or anything else! it is a shame that humans have to lock up humans just like we do to animals! On the other hand it is even more a shame that people are blowing up themselves in buses and trains because they believe that only their holy believes are counting! You don't hear of a communist or pacifist or secular muslim blowing up himself in a bus! but you do hear about fundamentalists. I don't give a shit if you're a muslim, a jew or whatever, if you're an asshole, you're an asshole! I don't believe in judaism, nor in Islam or any other brainwashing! I don't pray, don't talk to a god and i don't want any god in my life or my house! That is what i care about and since we are not able to get rid of capitalism maybe we should start getting emancipated at least on the concern of religion.

petrograd "support act" for chumbawamba
petrograd is going to play on the 7th of june with a band from the Uk called "chumbawamba". i guess most people have already heard about them :)
it will be the first show for petrograd in luxemburg since really a long long time. this does not mean that we won't be playing a release show in july! not many people can afford an entrance ticket of 16 euro, so it's more than obvious that we still want to have a release show coming up!

ach hör blos auf! das ganze wochenende und auch heute muss ich mir anhören wie sich alle über den HSV lustig machen! Mir ist am Samstag fast der Kragen geplatzt und am liebsten hätt ich den decoder zum fenster rausgeschmissen. Heute hab ich demonstrativ mein Hamburg shirt angezogen, in harten Zeiten musst du zu deinem Verein stehen und ich werde sicherlich niemals den Verein wechseln wie manch andere(r) wenn's mal nicht so läuft. - gut der letzte offizielle titel liegt fast 20 jahre zurück, damals DFB Pokal 1987. Waren das noch Zeiten...
MIch hat das dermassen angekotzt wie sich die Mannschaft präsentiert hat und heut les ich dann dass der Mpenza kommen soll, von dem ja nun überhaupt nix halte.....aber das passt einfach ins Bild des Vereines zur Zeit! BIn mal gespannt ob der Toppi noch lange in Hamburg verweilen wird!
bis zum saisonende bin ich jetzt bayern-fan, es gibt nix schlimmeres als Bremen deutscher Meister 2004.
zumindest ist köln abgestiegen und die 60ger werden wohl folgen.

over the wall
there's a lot of talk about the anti-fascist wall that Israel is setting up in order to keep jewish people safe from getting killed just because of being jews! This is already a subject on its own and for sure needs some talk, but instead of repeating the repeated i want to come up with some hypotheses. Let's imagine Israel is pulling out of the gaza strip and maybe also out of the West Bank. Let's imagine Israel is building the wall along the green line, let's call it "the lines of 1967". I imagine the next step for the people of Palestine would be a state on their own ! A free palestine ! What would this country be ? Who would be in control ? Or would it be a communist country all different from any other country in this world ? Would it be a country where religion is a private matter and not like in Luxemburg be an institutionalized Must for everyone ? Would a free palestine mean - no more violence towards jews ? would it mean free speech for everyone ? would it be a democracy ? ...

i think that accusing a person of, let's say antisemitism, is very awkward. Most people would never ever say in public that they have a certain hate towards jewish people. So in order not to say that someone is actually antisemit, most people prefer to use the "anti - zionist". Still one has to ask why people feel the urge to be anti-zionist since most are not even anti-patriotic and most of the time in favor of their own government. So why should one be against the state of Israel when the person is not critizing local authorities. The more often i read your comments and the deeper the discussion goes, the clearer it gets at least to me, that you are repeating the same old anti-jewish stereotypes and sometimes even with a very stiff colour.
i do not know what your interpretation of capitalism is but i sure can feel that for you the only bad part in this system is being represented by MONEY (abstract part of capitalism) and mainly this money is in the hands of a jewish lobby that is trying to take over the world! Those malicious assumptions are nothing new, this image of jewish people has been around for over 2000 years and Hitler- Germany actually focused very much on this aspect trying to make believe people more and more that capitalism could only be abolished by killing all jews worldwide!

köln ist seit dem wochenende und der niederlage gegen den Hamburger Sport Verein abgestiegen und jetzt heisst es am Samstag für den Hsv die Meisterschaft wieder einmal spannend zu machen! Wie schon so oft wird es erneut der HSV sein der mitentscheidet wer deutscher Meister werden wird. Am samstag geht's gegen die zitternden Bremer, da holen wir einen Punkt und weil die Bayern kein Spiel mehr verlieren werden, wird wohl der zu den Bayern konvertierte Adlerharris mir die Füsse küssen.
Bepp ich muss ehrlich zugeben dass mir Adler als Bayern Fan wesentlich sympathischer ist als wäRe er jetzt st fouli fan. Remember world war 2 und die bemerkenswerte Rolle die die Bayern damals spielten! Sie gehörten zu den sehr wenigen Vereinen die damals nicht konform gingen mit dem Nazifaschismus, allerdings habe ich mich später zu zeiten eines Matthäus und konsorten oftmals gefragt ob der überhaupt je davon gewusst hat! Könnt ihr euch noch daran erinnern als damals die deutschen Nationalmannschaft in Israel gespielt hat und ich glaub es war ein Bayern Spieler der beim Yad Vashem Mahnmal meinte "trainer ist das wirklich alles so gewesen ?"
noch was zum thema fussball und spassfaktor:
ich glaube, dass der profifussball nicht auf einen spassfaktor reduziert werden kann, diesen ist ausschliesslich den "fans" solcher mannschaft überlassen die sich eher selbst zelebrieren und den fussball dazu instrumentalisieren um einge basis zu haben für ne Fete, was nicht unbedingt als negativ anzusehen ist, aber wer sich gerne gepflegten fussball mit ambitionen und charakter (oder so sollte es zumindest sein), wer auf projektionen aller art steht und fähig ist diese zu durchschauen, der / die sucht sich eher ne mannschaft heraus die wenig fankult betreiben dafüR aber richtig Fussball spielen (auch wenn's der hsv selbst zur zeit nicht tut) !

i am not the advocate of the israeli government but i sure know that the world keeps looking at israel as the root of all evil whilst their own local politicians are more or less free to do whatever shit they want! why blame israel when your own government, let's say in my case Luxemburg, is using the same old strategies and stereotypied propaganda to make their citizens believe that the system built on useless production is the only way to live! Considering the fact that the population of Israel is under a constant threat since the state does exist, remember the first war against Israel and the jewish population was proclaimed by Syria, Egypt, Jordania and the Lebanon one day after the proclaimation of the israeli state by david ben gurion. I mean we do not have to talk about the power of nuclear weapons and these instruments of massmurder can do but hey, do you really think that israel wants to conquer the world with those weapons or have you ever thought about the fact that those might be used in the worst case scenario to defend the people of Israel ? You studied your books and sure must have noticed that the jewish people have never tried to spread the jewish religion all over the world and make it the one and only spiritual inspiration for people. well one can not say that about christianism and the islam. Israel is not an empire, that seeks for a bigger territorial suppremacy, not like europe and it's main driving force Germany.

seems like you're having some fun discussing this subject! today i got a mail in my box talking about that issue and it was all full of "i know better and more about this subject than you do , so i must be right ". i can understand adlerharris his anger as he's confronted to weird argumentations and attacks all the time, i mean since he's from germany and he clearly states that he has got no trust in the post war politics in the country that killed 6 millions jews, killed homosexuals, communists, gypsies and anyone else not being "arian". mir ist lieber die bayern werden meister als dass es im endeffekt die bremer werden auch wenn die wirklich richtig guten fussball spielen aber dieser verein ist doch wohl nicht die nummer 1 im Norden auch wenn sie jetzt mal einen guten Lauf haben!
wie gesagt der HSV putzt am Wochenende die verwirrten 60ger und dann last but not least nehmen wir euch den benjamin lauth ab ;p

the collective
some of you might have wondered what the hell this band is all about and why they don't call it quits and just fade away. i might be the wrong person to answer those questions as i might the one to always get 'em going. petrograd in 2004 is no longer a traditional band, i actually guess it's never been traditional, but we prefer to call it an open collective of active participants seeking for their own little hedonist pleasure.

it's only a shirt
so i went to this festival a couple of days ago and i had this ISRAEL soccer shirt on, i mean later on i was wearing my new HAMBURG shirt that i got from lovely Moehre, - and it was not really surprising to get so much feedback. well feedback is probably the most disgusting term you can use in order to discribe the words that were thrown at me. feedback is most of the time related to positive interaction, and that's not what i got! surprised ? no!

"trigger happy" release show ?
we're looking for a place to set up a release show for the "trigger happy" CD. since it's quit hard to say whether it's better to do it in a very small venue, like a bar, or in a bigger place, make like the "sang a klang", we can maybe can some comments from people.

scheiss auf 1860 !
tja Leute, wer sich im Fussball auskennt und mit Herz und Seele dabei ist wenn am Samstag nachmittag um 15.30 Uhr die Weltkugel sich plötzlich in einem anderen Zeitraffer bewegt, der/die weiss das mensch nur HSV fan sein kann. Bepp , am samstag gibt's den ersten Auswärtssieg füR den HSV in 2004 !!!!! 1-4, Tore 2x Barbi und 2x Romeo wenn beide am start sind.
